I had forget to add conditioner to my bed and I was worried about if this would hard the matttress. Well I shouldn't have worried. By following the directions, drain and fill twice, actually half full, worked wonders. My mattress is back in good shape and less bubbles to boot!! Be sure to follow the directions carefully to get the full value of this product because it really does work and worth your money. It works much better than the old water bed conditions that I use to buy. I never buy anything but Blue Magic now. I was turned off a little because the bottle and label has been changed, but it still is the old Blue Magic just in a dressed up bottle!!

This is my second time buying this exact bed. I had my first for over 10 years and moved 4 times . The movers were very hard on the mattress because the fibers retained some water making it heavy and ackward to move but that was the movers fault.
The bed is comfortable and very heavy duty. I was very pleased to be able to find a replacement for the one I had for so long.
